Service Contracts
To offer you peace of mind in keeping your legacy equipment in working condition, we provide individualized service contracts designed to fit your needs.
Contracts can be modified to accommodate anyone from a single-system user to a multi-system / multi-location facility.
All service contracts are for a one year minimum and include at least one routine maintenance call at a pre-arranged time during the year. We guarantee to have in stock the parts required to repair your system.

Preventive Maintenance and Calibration
Annual preventive maintenance and calibration ensures that the instrument will continue to operate to specification, while minimizing the risk of unexpected failures.
Calibration is completed onsite, ensuring instrument uptime, performance and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
When using an Atomic Force Microscope, especially as part of a process, results need to be accurate and precise. Regular calibration is important to detect, correlate, report or eliminate by adjustment any discrepancy in accuracy of the instrument when compared to a reference.
